All payment is made for loan closure, but they ask for extra payment for things like other charges. All the payment was made after the confirmation of Mr. Wasim Raja (Employees of finnable credit private limited) on 01st Aug 2023 but now they deny that he does not have such an employee of his company. I have all the screenshots and recordings of the conversations. They are harassing & threatening me to pay extra charges. and sending threatening messages.
I have complained to rbi and consumer court. I will soon be filing a FIR regarding the false information and fraudulent claims.
