I am a Jio postpaid customer for more than 6 months. Since last month I am having an issue with internet speed and it’s up to 1.4 kbps which is not sufficient for browse a Website or WFH. Jio supposes to provide me up to 10 Mbps at my location and it was satisfactory in the initial months. But now it’s worst and nothing. I speak to customer care person many times but no reasonable response but committed that their wreless is weak in my zone. Now its a month but still no improvement in data speed. Today i spoke with a CC executive for same consern but they were shouting me and sating that they will resolve the complain in 180 days. But now i have not patience to wait more six months. Please help me to refund my last month paid billas it was useless for me due to low speed and help me to PORT out this number for Free of cost. Because JIO demanding to me for 311 rs for coming month.
