Text of Complaint by Naveen:

I am a JIO postpaid user for more than 6 months and paying 470 rs bills every month. I am facing a problem with data speed and I lodged a complaint with JIO CC 20 days ago. But no solution yet. They committed that their wireless in our area is faulty and they will resolve it within a day. But it’s been more than that but still no solution. Internet speed is up to 1.4 KBps which is not sufficient for WFH or browse a single website. During the purchase of this connection, Jio committed me to 10 Mbps speed in my area. and yes, it was better at that time. I decided to port out this number from Jio but JIo demanding me for 311 rs for the coming month. whereas my bill cycle is 14th. Today I called Jio to escalate the center but they were shouting at me and asking for 180 days to implement the solution but I can’t wait till then because I have not any other sort.  Please help me to refund the bill for last month and help to port out the number from jio for free of cost.
