Nowhere mentioned in the agreement that need to pay 7100 rupee if agreement is cancelled,
At the booking time No initial payment is required to pay but you must have to pay Rs. 7100/-(per month basis) amount for utility and server maintanance charges per slot.
(A) In the matter of fact failure, not submitted or succeed company is entitled to receive amount by any cost. If you achieve the accuracy which mentioned above, then Utility charges will be deduct from your work payment and if you fail to achieve accuracy in given timeline, then also you have to pay as a liability which describe above.
this was mentioned and first got a call stating if you pay 7100 rupee they will issue the clearance paper but again got call stating have to pay complete 11 month payment overall 120000 to avoid legal formality and threatening over calls
