Dear sir/ma’am,
We are students from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. We contacted your Airtel broadband services calling number to get the internet connection in our apartment (i.e. Panchsheel Primrose, Tower no. 6, flat no. 1104) on 8th of march 2021. The airtel executive who took our connection (Mr. Dhruv Kumar) kept on insisting us to pay the installation fee (2,828 rs) through the airtel payment site. His mobile number is 9718446187. After the payment was being made the person who was coming to install our broadband connection called and ensured us that there is no wiring of airtel in our society. We called the executive who took our connection and he said that he’ll initiate the refund and that we will get the refund by next Wednesday (17 march 2021), but still have not received it.
We received a message on Tuesday from airtel that the refund has been initiated and that they will share the ARN soon by which we can track the refund but still haven’t received it either.
The executive (Mr. Dhruv Kumar) stopped picking up our calls and even switch his phone off sometimes. The last time we talk to him, he spoke very rudely that he is very busy and he does not have any time for our refund. We want to complain against Mr. Dhruv Kumar for not having the knowledge about the connection in our area and dragging our money because of his carelessness and also for being rude.
It’s been a very bad experience and we want our refund as soon as possible. We are students and our exams are near. We need that money for our broadband connection otherwise we won’t be able to study.
