Dear sir
I have made a bill payment to Asianet broad band on 08/11/2021 but still it not resolved. The amount is dedcuted from my bank account via PAYUMONEY gateway and PAYU confirmed all okay from their end but still Asianet is delaying my complaint. Asianet already logged a complaint ticket on 08/11/2021 with ticket number CN2409854 and saying its with their finance desk and resolved soon whenever I contact their customer care. Please help me to sort this issue as am mentally stressed by getting payment reminder messages from Asianet and about my money
