Text of Complaint by Veerendra Reddy Padala:

I (Veerendra Reddy), resident of Hyderabad, recently contacted asianpaints as I know the excellent quality from the reputed organization.
I have accepted the quotation provided by asianpaints and the work was started a week back.

AsianPaints guy came along with one contractor to do this activity.

They have started the work and unfortunately, the resources are not skilled and are not trained. I can compare the quality of work with an unknown brand/brandless.
They have created a complete mess and no precautions taken and including washrooms and taps became dirty ( I don’t know).

They have carried some polythene/rubber sheets with Asian logos on it, but they don’t know how to use them. They didn’t open the sealed pack.

Really disappointed by choosing the prestigious brand… literally a waste of time and money. The way of communication of the workers is also not proper.

As per the contractor, the work is going to finish in a day or two and the representative from Asian is also a fresh graduate. Can you arrange any field manager to cross check the quality of work and correct it?

I have received two different quotations for the same bill of material (attached for your reference)

No professional service, local unskilled labour was employed.

Need an experienced person from Asian paints to look at the quality of work. The team who is attending the job are not at all understanding. I can have this quality by spending 25% of money with local vendors. If you look at the walls…no proper mix of paint.and many brush shades and patches.. even after applying the putty 2 coats …primer 1 coat and colour 2 coats….still can see the wall roughness with patches.

Very pathetic experience…daily the contractor and Asian paints coordinator is asking me that ” check and let us know the gaps” and then they are doing the partial job again. Hope you have understood the situation and expecting the corrective action. There should be value for Money.
