With deep dissatisfaction, I am writing to you with respect to my house painting contract to Asian Paints. Being a reputed painting company, we selected you over Burger paints expecting professional services. But I am completely wrong. Your painters have proved that they neither are professional nor seems to be representing a professional and reputed company.
They are lethargic, not punctual, and don’t carry professionalism. To paint my house, initially only 1 person used to come. After repeated complaint, now 2 are coming. The completion date was Feb 10, then it was postponed to March . Today is Aprl 20, it is still continuing. This is absolutely bizarre from a professional company. There is absolutely no supervision and no action to any complaints.
My mother is senior citizen and is aloan at home, who is managing the whole painting work. She is a hearth patient. It’s been a severe harassment done to her because of the contract given to Asian Paints.
I have asked my mother to travel back to my place tomorrow as she is not well due to all these harassment’s and problems created by Asian Paints. I would certainly not recommend Asian Paints to any of my friends or relative.
I would like to know in this regards, what help can be done from Asian Paints. I am attaching the Site handover sheet for your reference.
