I HAVE TRANSFERED AN AMOUNT OF 46000 rupeeSS TO THE ABOVE SUBJECTED ASWIN TO HIS GPAY ACCOUNT (7736194875) ON 11-11-2021. BUT AFTER THAT HE IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY MSSAGES CORRECTLY. ATLAST I SAID HIM THAT I WILL MOVE LEAGALLY, ON THAT HE REPLIED ME THAT IS USELESS. I CANT DO ANYTHING AGAINST HIM. WHY IS IT SO.?
