Dear Asianet TV executive ,
My subscription ID is GA91127314. I have registered complain regarding non functioning of Asianet TV signal since 5.09.2020. It has been one week now since then, I am regularly calling 3 times a day to your customer care Service. Everytime I am only given assurance of 24 hrs which never comes and my issue is unsolved.
Hence you are requested to take urgent action against my complaint, else kindly provide my refund for this month. I would prefer to discontinue your unprofessional service.
Also I would like to inform that if my complaint or refund either one is not resolved in 4hrs from now I would be complaining against your services to consumer forum, because I am fed up with you guys.
