As per trai’s new rule I have chosen and submitted the request on 30th Jan, however the pack is not yet activated. Also my call is not getting connected with Airtel CC. I have already mailed in details to nodal officer MH, included Trai, CC but no response. This is ridiculous.. Also on 30th I had received the confirmation that the new pack will be applicable from 1st Feb. This is total bullshit.
Please look into it on priority.
