As I submitted request of split my Tata sky account. The customer care service of Tata sky told me to first recharge my account. As per their guide lines I do everything. Then he said with in four days I received the call from them. But after four days when I connected with their call center he or she told me that they call us on a mobile number and the person on that told him or her we cancel our request. But the thing they said is not truth. Actually we not received any call from Tata sky and the mobile number they are saying on which the call is done is not from our family or I not given to them.
Above mentioned thing happened two times.
After two times I submitted my third request to split my account and strictly told to call me on 7447454146 .At the third time request they told me that you will received a call before the 30th May 2019. From 27 th of may daily I call their call center ( custom care number) every time they told your request will be resolved and I received a call from them before 30 th may 2019. When their call is not coming I call them again and they are saying your account is deactivated first recharge then we will process your request . But when before this every day I call them that time they are saying my request is processed before 30 th may 2019. They told me this on 29 the May 2019 also.
