I have bought one Mobile Samsung S21 FE from flipkart and phone got deliver on 16 July 2023. My old phone pickup date shows in application is 21-July-2023. But the pickup person came on 19-july-2023. The phone wasn’t handy that time as i set schedule as per application date. Pickup person promised to come back next day. Till date he never appear to pick up . I registered complaint 3 times in flipkart for same. Incident: IN23072009452607465468, Incident: IN23072311133758990769, Incident: IN23072610184319256928 these incedent number are created every time. Without any solution, I am getting a message from flipkart that your issue has been resolved.
