On 11 Nov. I ordered a product from Snapdeal and they delivered it on 16 Nov. but when I checked the product, it was a not working so I applied for return.
Snapdeal schedule the return pickup on 17 Nov. but my pickup was cancelled by saying “pickup could not be completed due to No pickup due to QC fail”, but even no one had contacted me regarding the pickup…i had no call for it… Even I had not received any call for Pickup.
Then I contact Snapdeal regarding the issue…then they assured that pickup will be complete in 2 to 3 days but I had no update regarding it yet .
