As committed Broad band and DTH service under Airtel xtream scheme but No DTH connection provided and no calls from any of the technician since June 29th until 2nd of July which is really unsatisfied and not tolerable,
For the same I have enquired with my field officer Mr Alwin ( 6384943801 ) and he enquired the same with DTH installation team ( Firdose Ahmed – 6369139719 and Ram – 9840771134 ) and they conveyed to Alwin as there was no permission for installing DTH connection in my apartment without even physical inspection to my building ( But permission allowed for Airtel DTH )
After I escalated to Alwin’s Manager Mr Prabhu ( 9789966677 ) he took two more days and sent DTH team ( Firdose Ahmed and Ram ) on 1st of July for the installation – They looked like not really interested to do any installation and they were asking electrician support for rooting DTH cable,
Electrician was ready to support by next day to visit my apartment and asking the DTH team to provide the cable for rooting but the frustration point was here is the cable was not been brought by the DTH team ( It looks like they were just visited my house with empty hands )
Today the electrician reached to my apartment as committed but DTH team denied to come for the installation ( At least they would have given the cable so that the electrician might have rooted it ) – I called DTH team multiple times but they did not even pick the phone,
And again I have escalated to Prabhu but he could not do anything and he gave me DTH incharge ( Mr Karmegam – 9789993060 ) phone number and very annoying thing is the fellow who is responsible for the DTH is also not picked my phone even though he knew that I have an issue and would reach him over mobile,
Until today since 29th of July I have not used any DTH facility and benefit as committed by Airtel and they have taken Rs 2001 before giving both the connections,
When i spoke to Airtel customer care ( 044 44444121 ) they said that both Airtel broad band and Airtel DTH team and i need to talk to them individually and Customer care is not responsible for it
Even then i asked Airtel broad band team to deactivate my connection but until now they have not deactivated it
and i have spoken to DTH team for cancel my DTH connection and refund my money back ( Complaint number – 66912039 ) but until now there is no feedback from them
I need my account to be deactivated and refund my money and need proper explanation from Airtel team for making the customer fools by selling only broad band in name of Broad band and DTH package
