As I have an account in mobikwik and i have used an amount of 190rs approximately and I delayed payment for one day and they have dropped a penalty of 200 for day one and they have dropped a penalty of 7000rs for using just 190rs and i have contacted them by mail and customer care number and I have requested them to waive off the penalties but they refused to do so. I feel it’s not acceptable according to RBI norms and they have disabled my account I don’t have chance to pay the due and its effecting my cibil score.
