I started using paytm postpaid the lender was ARTHIMPACT DIGITAL i have always cleared my dues before time i also got the no dues certificate from PAYTM but then also the ARTHIMPACT has not closed my loan account and still showing ₹rupees 8000 over due in my credit reports its more than 6 months over now but no action till now.It has very badly impacted my cibil score.and my ac/no is PYTMPPH31668564266907 so please do something and close
