Arrogant customer care executives at their Airtel gallery and unnecessarily took my Aadhar and photos and saved on their mobile

I have visited for the same to your Airtel gallery at Thakur village, Kandivali East, Mumbai today but your customer care executive who was there was very very arrogant and he said arrogantly that don’t use it and it will get automatically stopped.

I had the same experience today when I went to your Airtel gallery at Mamatalarwadi, near ICICI Bank, Malad West, Mumbai.

Two ladies were there both were so arrogant to check my problems and one of the male person was looking at me very arrogantly when I was talking with this arrogant ladies which was your customer care executive. They should (all 3 ) apologies with me for their arrogant behaviour. One of the lady asked my Aadhar card very arrogantly and took my pictures on her mobile and saved my Aadhar details on her mobile just to check the name in the sim. Why she should save my Aadhar details in her mobile and take my photo from her mobile just to check the name in sim. I have given my driving licence to her but she shouted at me saying that she will not accept driving licence but Vodafone has accepted the driving licence for my sim exchange and Vodafone people were very very polite and solved my issues immediately. But in Airtel gallery just I want to check the sim status and they were very arrogant and shouting and unnecessaryily took my Aadhar card and my photo and saved in her mobile without any reason just to check the sim status.

I had such bad experience with Airtel gallery at both the places to my surprise at Kandivali east and at Malad West. But Vodafone and Jio were very polite and my experience was super there but in Airtel my experience was really a nightmare and I think it may be same in all Airtel gallery.

Please instruct them and I request a written apologies for their rude behaviours.
