Text of Complaint by Songa Isaac Raj:

I have taken a new post paid connection 6 days before and i was told that it will be activated in 24hrs.

Then after 24 hrs i got a mail from airtel that my vanity no. Has been rejected, the same i have told to the airtel store keeper. But he said me that the problem is with our side not on my verification. The airtel store manager kept me on hold for 6days and today he is very arrogantly saying that if u can wait then hold otherwise take your money and leave.

From customer point of view keeping my money with airtel store for more than 6days and now you are saying me to take back money.

With this statement i have completely lost my mental stability and i am gonna raise complaint on Mr. Rajesh gandi,Eluru,west Godavari district airtel store manager.
