There was around 2000 rupees in my account and then I got below message saying account is deactivated and then amount is also stuck.
This is reference message I got :
Dear Customer, As per 1 year validity Guidelines by RBI your Airtel Money Wallet (Full KYC) has expired on 29-Jul-21 & linked services like FASTag are deactivated. To claim available balance, call 400/8800688006 or write to update@airtelbank.com
I have been following with airtel payment bank since 21st August 2021. They are not refunding the amount, just saying we are processing the payment and I have already submitted the bank details they asked for references multiple times.
Everytime they just give new ticket ids to follow like below
