I accepted to buy ac from guy(Kishan Kumar 9575475294) who told me that he is army man from Mumbai. I paid 550 for delivery and he said remaining amount will be paid on delivery after installation. But now he is asking for security deposite to paid for delivery. I suspected it as fraud and deny to pay before delivery so he said it’s against army rule snd he send a legal notice image to me. Also said the FIR will be filled soon. So I need to face Army enquiry.
