I recharged #20,000 (twenty thousand naira only) into my phone on the 30th of July, 2021. I barely used #5000 when I discovered that Airtel has removed the balance of #15,000 plus from my phone.
I called the customer care to lodge my complaints and I was told that it was due to network error and that correction will be made within 24 hours.
Having waited for more that 5 days without any corrections or reversal of my #15000, I called again but nothing was forthcoming.
I want the office to refund my #15000 airtime without much daily.
