Lazypay has cheated me by imposing arbitrary penalty amount that is 21% higher than that of the normal penalty rate for other accounts using the same app. Lazypay charged massive amount justify it with their so called changes in penalty rates. These looters are exploiting people even in their poor financial conditions. Please help me to get justice for the issue.
