wish to bring to your notice following facts about the above connection.
The connection was taken sometime during 2008.
I have shifted to Bangalore temp since Sep 2019 till May/ June 2020.During this period I had requested for safe custody for which Airtel demands Rs206/ every month which is being paid.Last request to extend safe custody was done on 29 Jan and was duly ack by Airtel on 30 Jan.
On Mar 2020, while I paid for postpaid connections, LL bill was not produced.When I enquired for LL bill, I was told, it has been disconnected( without my knowledge) and I am required to pay Rs 485/.
I got in touch with SM team and to my horror, am informed that the connection is discontinued due to system error and am now reqd to give documents for reconnection.
Please instruct your team not to insist for document as I am out of Hyderabad and it is not my fault and restore my connection.
