Hi  Team,

I have Aquel fittings on the new flat I purchased. The flush value was not working and had leakage. I called the Aquel helpline number I got and complained multiple times in Jul-2020, Aug-2020 and Sep-2020 to Dec-2020.

Finally they replaced the flush value on 8-Feb-2021 and charges 1700 Rs for the same. The flush leakage problem is still not sloved and I raised complaints again and again asking to fix the leakage or give re-fund but no response received.
