We reported an issue with the water filter on 1st June as product stopped working and since then we have been chasing the customer service every other day and all we have been hearing is “a technician will visit us” but no action has been taken yet. The contact number is chargeable and the customer service has been putting us on hold for a long time with no proper response.
Can you please take an action against the team, I believe this is their website
