I had called AQUAGUARD people for service of my AQUAGUARD on ph no +912241498282 Mr Raju Singh was addressing my complaint,he was black mailing me,take Amc contract from us then only we will change your filter or service your product,he asked his technician to come back and didn’t change the filter,what is this blackmailing for,why is he forcing me to take AMC,when i am not interested.,pls look in to matter

I had AMC which was purchased for 2 yrs with 4000 cost in 2023 whcih was valid 23 Sep 2025 .
i had received setvice for 1 st yr with 2 filter change.on second year from sep 2024 onward only once service received for filter cleaning in June 2025 from that point i am till waiting to get service.My AMC was now expired & all prevoius services got cancelled & new request was generated automatically without my prior information & asking for chages to the service.
I had made amlost 100+ emails & 25-30 calls to eurekaforbes cutomer team but till date issue was not resolved.
Following are details for complaint along with numbers. in between 15 days back they agreed to provie service after expiry of AMC as service was booked in valid AMC period but that everything goes in vein.
So how to contact Eurekafobes as custome care tell will get resolved in 24 hrs whcih was not yet resoved after 4 monts.Service team call s me & says we are contarct mfg & you hv to pay service charges & filter charges i.3 2700 + 530.
So can somebody help me on this.
Kindly note new service request CM-071025-60341969 generated by ur team is comes under Out of AMC period n service person asking for service charge.
My old service request 010925-58093283 was generated in 01 sep 2025 n comes under AMC period which was cancelled by ur team without any consent & without service.
Now due to your team mistake why I will pay service charges.
I had already paid Rs 4000 for 2 yr AMC & I had not received any service during AMC in last 1 yr for which in in continuous discussion wd your customer service team from last 3 months.
Now why I will suffer wd additional charges.setvoce wa booked in valid AMC so it’s your team responsibility to complete it

When I will get resolution & service which were booked during valid AMC period.I will pay not any charges as now bze already I had paid for 2 yr AMC & didn’t got any services during last 1yr
After several discussions wd ur senior team it was agreed to get service after AMC Expiry as service was booked in valid AMC period bu u fortunately my service
010925-58093283 was cancelled from ur team & generated new one which chargeable.
