Servicing agent came and informed that he has come for maintenance of water purifier. When asked if he was from Kent Auro , he said yes. He took an amount of INR 4800 saying that it was for 2 year maintenance. Throughout that time he said he was from Kent Auro. When making the final maintenance card , the company name showed ” Aqua pure Jal ” when asked he said that the company name is Aqua pure Jal but they are authorised for all water purifiers. He asked to transfer the amount in the name of Sanjay Tiwari. Complete fraud company. When called the contact numbers, they kept saying sir is busy and their boss never comes on line. We having been calling daily for the refund but no response.
