I got worst experience with AGAMYA ENTERPRISES, also operating with the name as AQUA PURE JAL SERVICES and having offices at Office No. 03, Neelkanth Society, Opp. Mahim Station, Mahim, Mumbai and claiming Branches at Jogeshwari, Mahim and Borliwali also claiming 24 hours help line no, 8097 141 020/9930 842 484, 022-2804 0056/57.
I had signed annual maintenance 5 Years contract (Including all parts and mother board)for the period from 15-09-2019 to 09-02-2025 on 15-09-2019
I had been calling from the end of Feb 2020 to middle of Mar 2020 for servicing. The company has neither sent anyone for serving the water purifier nor attend our calls.They have telecaller girls and they are rude and don’t know how to handle a customer.
Two days ago our purifier stop working. In response our complaint got call from their customer support girls and told me that the technician is coming and cost of the motor is Rs. 1,865/- with out inspecting our machine. I wonder how they know purifier is stopped due to failure of motor. When the man (As their language technician) came my wife was aloan in the home and with his magical trick came to conclusion that the problem on motor and asked to pay the amount for repair. I argued with them and told I am not ready for the payment.
Today technician of Urban Company inspected the machine and came to know that there is no motor inside the purifier and only valve exist. Failure is due to motherboard and that needs to be replaced, which is also included in our contract.
Again I try to contract they are neither ready to hear me nor accept their mistake. Their language was rough, rude and horrible and they don’t have knowledge how to handle customers.
They are not ready to repair the purifier irrespective of our all inclusive maintenance contract with them also they are not ready to refund the amount.
Consumer board and Acquaguard company should take strict action against them as they are fooling people on the name of
Aqua Guard. Agemya Enterprises is cheating customers of Aqua Guard.
