Dear team
I am ganesh kumar . On 5/5/2022 i had bought ro water purifier from company aqua cleanse tech ro system ( agency name Praveen m , a-194 ,tnhb ,opp akshaya super market ,arakkonam ,Ranipet district mob no-8610111233). The agent had installed the machine in my home by may 2022. Within one month machine motor problem came . Then we had informed the agent Praveen from arakkonam office , they had changed the machine spare parts and installed the duplicate spart parts inside the machine.
Then again machine got repair we had called that arakkonam branch agent many time ,he never responded. So we had called online customer care of same company. The customer care arranged a executive to attend the complain in my home. The person who visited for repair confirmed that spare parts inside the machine was not the company item ,it was duplicate item. The same we had called and informed the arakkonam branch agency. But the agency denied to attend the call and also we had visited the shop and informed him to return our money or install a new machine but the agency spoke with bruten words that he wil not any service and told us ” you do whatever you want , nothing you can do against me ” . As a customer we felt our money is lost . We need a solution , so we are requesting the government to solve the issue . Please take necessary action against company aqua cleanse tech Ro system company.
