Text of Complaint by Sudhir Mishra:

I had purchase 1 gm hold continues for 3 months (May, Jun & Jul’22) and after that I am not able to raise further any request related to 1. Delivery, 2. New Purchase and 3. Sell of existing stock in their locker.
Initially, for some 10 days PayTm Gold account was inaccessible and after several ticket raised /talk it got active and now showing 3 gms in locker but above problem was still persist.
I am also using their Postpaid account and payment cycle is 7th of the moth. I wrote them please resolve this gold account issue else I will not pay any dues (which is approx 7/8 k and half of my money held by them in gold account) which there is no resolution as of now.
No phone call, no mail revert barring auto revert on my mails which was sent to 1. grievanceofficer, 2. care@paytm and 3. compliance officer mails.
Now after due date of PayTm Postpaid, they have raised a levy of 850+ Rupees due to non payment of due amount which is actually wrong.
They are not responding on mail, no phone call, no resolution to customer queries and expecting dues on time.
Kindly help me.
