I ordered medicine from appolo pharmacy app on 6 th Jan 2024 with order number 290072506
Before ordering the delivery time was shown as within 2 hrs , and the medicine was needed on same day,,after making payment purchase online the delivery date changed to 14th Jan …so I contacted customer care via chat they advised to refuse order to accept because they can’t cancel the order , on 11 th Jan delivery was attempted and I refused to take the order after sharing the OTP the delivery boy left with package …..and the order till now is showing as attempting delivery in appolo pharmacy app …till 14th date was showing now after 14 th Jan now it showing as 16 th Jan…as per customer care service untill unless the order is not cancelled status in app they have to wait …..what a cheater …..they will keep on changing date and for my own money I have to wait for ages
