I used Paytm postpaid limit amount 10982 and paid the dues only by delay of 10 days for such amount they apply late payment charge 885 and convenience fees of 194.38 without providing any pre-information I only paid my used amount of 10982 and convenience fees 194.38 and there representatives assured me for waiver of late fees 885 but later other representatives of Paytm postpaid denied for waiver and increase there amount to 2773 by 295 every month please help me for this and they also mentally tortured by calling 4-5 times a day .
