Respected officials,
I took the airtel broadband connection one month ago, and before connection i clearly mentioned for the static IP as this connection is for the security of my society, and my connection is in the name of my society SHREE BANKEY BIHARI DHAM COLONY with caf id 0562-4305128 in the name of Mr. Gaurav (secretary of our society), i mailed to Mr. Vivek awasthi if 20th september but still my static IP for this connection has not been provided, my sales executive who provided me the connection Mr. Amit Singh is nit even answering my calls. I am not been able to understand if your company is not capable enough to fulfill the commitment if customer than what is the use of making such promises? I am really very disappointed by such uncibilized and unprofessional behavior of airtel staff, i need you take of your airtel fibre connection and return me back my amount deposited from our side for three months, before the connection was not been taken from our side, your sales team was in continuous follow up for the connection, “sir when can we meet?, Sir, we will provide you everything you required, ” and all empty promises, but after the connection a single static IP is very tough for you to provide, i assure you, if i won’t be getting revert from your side, i would be posting this mail on every social sites and also on your company’s each every nodal officer mail id.
