I raised a new broadband connection request (Lead) on 6th July 2020, after that Airtel customer care asked me to wait till 3 days (They will install the new connection). I waited till 3 days and when I called back to Airtel customer service they said they are raising this issue and making it on higher priority. I said Ok.
Now it’s approx 1 month going to complete but still expecting to complete 3 days (Promised by your customer care executive). After that I called multiple times and got multiple promises again and again.
I have contacted at UP East nodal office as well and assured by them, but still I have not received even a single update. they people are just making fools, As being an IT employee in this pandemic situation it might impact my job security.
