I Aanand Vegad applied for installation of Airtel broadband services on 25.05.2022. i paid Rs 3537/- for three months in advance (999 plus 18%GST) online. Technician visited my home on 28.05.2022 at 4:30PM and refused to install broadband services saying they don’t have network bandwidth at my home
(Main City of Udaipur) which is covering tourism.
When I called to the sales team they assured that the installation will be done on or before 29.05.2022, 12:00PM.
But nothing done. Then when I asked for refund, they replied that it will take time and if aproved for refund, will take 8 to 9 days to refund.
If this is done then they will use my money for 13-14 days.
