Image Uploaded by Moumita Sarkar:On 19th June 2020 , I have applied for an Airtel Xstream Broadband Connection .Today is 30th June 20 , they are neither giving the connection nor refunding the amount . The sales person who came to my house for initiating the broadband connection took Rs 2828 for the connection but now he is not receiving my call . When I am calling the customer care , they are telling that connection is not available in my area ,but they are not initiating the refund of Rs 2828 .What a fraud it is . Airtel is taking customer’s money are keeping it with themselves . I am hereby attaching the payment details .
