Hi,

I am a resident of hyderabad abids and i have applied for new connection for airtel 40 mbps plan and i have also done the payment for it.

after doing the payment next day person named Javeed(+91 9985979677) called me and informed me that they cant give provide me with 40mbps connection plan insted he asked me to go with 16mbps, Before making the payment for 40 mbps plan he didnt said this  to me at all.

But after doing the payment he foreced me to shift my plan to 16mbps and go with 6month subscription or else cancel your plan by calling to this number he said. i felt like robbed i had no other option but to go with his choice.

At the time of installation they have given me SDL model with internet and landline connection.

I never asked for DSL modem and Land Line connection. without my consent i have no idea what they did with my plan and money.

We are in lot of trouble now with new airtel connection. upload speed of this connection 1kbps. when i asked that person javeed he said you will get upload speed in kbs only i was not informed about this before taking the plan.

Also they have attached my landline connection bill email to someone else email id([email protected]).

I literaly cried and begged him to return my money if your unable to provied me with 40 mbps plan. but he was rude and asked me to upgrade your plan or cancel it by calling to this number. he gave some random airtel number where the IVR was asking me to enter the account number. how can I enter account number without even having an account.

i was totally miss guided by this airtel executive, hence i had not other choice but to report this to consumer forum.
