I had applied for a loan of 1,00,000/- from online application called monzo. I had uploaded my bank details and uploaded my aadhar card details. I have also signed e-contract given by the app.
I had contacted customer care number given in the app which I had downloaded they said you have to deposit 5% to take loan. I paid it but they said my bank details are wrong the bank will freeze your money and you have to pay 15℅ as liquidated damages and then will follow protocol to resolve the problem.
