Hello sir,
I have booked a zing bus service from Lucknow to Chandigarh on 23 January but it get cancelled for some reasons.
I have contacted them for refund process in same day.They have said the refund will done within 5-7 days.
But it has been already 2 weeks but I have not received my refund.
They are only saying I have initiated the refund process.
