WE, M/S. CANARA BANK SECURITIES LTD, MUMBAI, HAVE INTENDED TO APPLY FOR AIRTEL SIMs THROUGH THE AGENT OF AIRTEL, DOMBIVILI, MUMBAI. THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS WERE COLLECTED AND THE AGENT HAD ASSURED OF ARRANGING THE SIMs IN A WEEKS TIME. HOWEVER, THE AGENT COULD NOT TURN UP EVEN AFTER REPEATED FOLLOW UP FROM US TILL 2 MONTHS. THEN THE AGENT MR. ANIKET, HANDED OVER THE DOCUMENTS TO MS. TEJASWI, AIRTEL STORE, DOMBIVILI, MUMBAI, FOR PROCESSING. SHE AGAIN STARTED ASKING THE DOCUMENTS WHICH WERE ALREADY SUBMITTED. WE HAVE SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN. BUT TILL NOW, IT IS NOT PROCESSED. THE SIM CARDS WHICH WERE HANDED OVER TO US INADVANCE ARE NOT ACTIVATED TILL NOW. THE ATTITUDE OF THE AGENTS IS INTOLERABLE & INCONVENIENT. KINDLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
