gross harassment incurred by me due to lack of coordination and unprofessional behaviour of Airtel sales as well as technical team
On 17th May2020, I registered a request for new broadband connection,in a matter of seconds I received many calls. I accepted the first callers plan and within a few minutes, a person came to collect my id proof, photo and payment.
I was informed that the new connection will be installed on 18/052020 by 11am.I called the representative in the afternoon and informed him that no one had come. I received no information from him and he totally ignored my calls and messages.
Today, ie 20.05.2020,I went to Airtel office, near my house and came to know that due to technical reasons it would not be possible to get connection at my place. I would get my refund back in seven days.No complaint number has been given. Till now no message regarding the same has been sent to me. Incase it was not feasible, why a connection was booked in the first place? Please look into the matter and immediately take necessary action so that customers are not fooled byairte team.
Also it is very strange that in a prime sector ie 15A Faridabad, you are unable to provide Airtel land-line connectivity.
