Respected Sir/Ma’am,

With reference to the subject stated above, I hold Personal Loan account number 190731020161979644 your renowned bank , I am writing this email to you in reference of the above mentioned Loan, due to some financial crunches the acquired loan outstanding was unpaid due to which my cibil record is getting impacted.

It’s my humble request to you, kindly help me out with the Cibil Masking Closing amount for this account, so that I can close the account by paying the dues in spite of being delinquent .
