Dear Zoomcar,

I have previously made a booking for a car from Zoomcar. My booking number is JPS6NJR8J. Attached screenshot of the booking and refund details.

I m still waiting since February 2020. No of follow ups on Zoomcar APP, Facebook messenger but no resolution provided yet.

Please help in the refund process as earliest as possible.
