Text of Complaint by Ranjini:

I have received a used /damaged product and i have raised a request for replacement but its got rejected for 5 times as the seller is not accepting the return or replacement. And since so many issues present in the mobile I’m not able call/receive or use my internet for my work. And i have exchanged my mobile for buying this..,so much of frustration happened asking for replace the device but nothing happened from flipkart.

Called Apple care and they said it’s flipkart responsibility to replace the device.

Payment done but received defect product. It gives me lot mental stress and pressure.
