I had ordered the Apple AirPods Pro on 7th Aug23. Delivery was to be on 9th Aug. on 9th I get a msg that the item is on the way and will be delivered by 9pm. At 9pm I got a msg saying sorry item couldn’t be delivered. Followed with Flipkart customer service. They initially have me a date of resolution of 14th Aug. next day changed it to 15th Aug. On 12th Aug again I get a msg that it’ll be delivered on 12th. Same story. At 9 pm, not delivered. Next day I call Flipkart again. They note give me a resolution date of 17 th August. I asked Flipkart to cancel and refund the amount. They say that Sir, it’s in “out for delivery” mode hence cannot be cancelled.
The Seller is “Treasure Haul Online”.
So now I don’t have the product, only a promise of delivery. And Flipkart cannot or don’t want to help. Some situation to be in. Thanks to these people at Flipkart who couldn’t care less 😊
And the seller again is, “TREASURE HAUL ONLINE”….
