This is kiran Tamhane. My no.is 9769805030. I called appellate officer to raised appeal against service request 90206383. Mr. Nagarjun attended the call and he raised the appeal and given me no. 90576053. But from NET team I came to know that this is not appeal no. This is just service request.
Also as per mentioned in the Airtel website when raised appeal you will get unique reference number within 3 days. But now 8days happened no unique reference number I received. Kindly take strict action against Mr. Nagarjun or against appellate officer.
