Text of Complaint by Hilor Godika:

I applied for a fresh connection of Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband, yesterday, following which 2 representatives were sent to my house for verification, they checked the availability of connection at my place and verified my credentials through adhaar card and clicked my picture.

After verification I was sent a link by Airtel on my Phone number, which asked me to make an advance payment for installation.

I did the same through my Debit Card and paid a sum of rs. 3532 through the link. They promised me to complete the installation within 24 hours, for which I did not receive any further communication from them. On contacting the representative multiple times he informed that the connection could not be made due to fault in the available line in my area.

I have faced a lot of inconvenience due to the whole process which has also delayed my pending work and assignments, would they have informed me about the same on time I would have not faced it.

I wish to receive back the advance payment of rs. 3532 from Airtel immediately.

Not looking forward for any further business relations with Airtel. I am extremely disappointed by their services.
