I took a loan amount of rs 2000 from cash wallet app but they only credited rs 1300 to my bank account and the repayment was showing of 2000.i got a call from one of their customer service asking for repayment.i said i will only pay 1300 as its the only money credited to my account and it was nowhere mentioned that i have to pay any extra amount.He kept saying there are charges and all which i still refused so at the end he told me to to pay Atleast 1600 to which i agreed and i paid.he said u have paid the amount and your loan will get closed now.after some days i am still getting messages on WhatsApp from different numbers for repayment so i send them screenshots of payment now they are calling me to pay 2000 rs again.This is totally a fraud app lot of people have already filed many complaints against them.many people are getting threatened by them.This should be strictly taken in concern as they are taking data of people like PAN Details etc and threatening to misuse it.they even claim they are RBI registered company,how is it possible.I request the authorities to take strict action as soon as possible and ban them from app store cause lot of people are already in trouble.They have our identities and data.Please look into this issue immediately.
