Jasmeet Singh owner of Transport

My new Tyre Apollo Endutrax MD is burst which i had bought 3 month ago.
I submit tyre to company they reject tyre but tyre is under warranty where it is burst .
Company is giving warranty that if tyre is burst from this side then tyre is claimable.

Company Staff is not claiming tyre because of personal vendata etc

Kindly help me in claim.
